We would like to invite you to the opening of the Future-Perfect, the last exhibition presented in the press to exit project space gallery on 19 Maksim Gorki St.
The exhibition is part of the New Project Productionprogram for 2008, with Dejan Spasovic and Oliver Musovic as participants. These two artists have been long-term collaborators of the press to exit project space, so they have been invited to develop new works in a response to the idea of finitude. The performance of the renowned Macedonian hardcore punk band, FxPxOx, will form part of the show as well. We would like to dedicate this event to our dear friend and long-term collaborator Ratka Ilievska-Lale who left us so prematurely.
press to exit project space will continue its planned activities and will still operate out of its offices on 28/4 Vasil Gjorgov St, with a rich program of visits and projects realized with both Macedonian and foreign artists and curators.
press to exit project space used the gallery on Maksim Gorki street to impose an intense program of new project productions contributing to the development of our contemporary art scene. From the 1st of April press to exit will continue to operate out of its residential space on 28/4 Vasil Gjorgov (opposite the Employment Bureau). It also expects to develop an even more successful cooperation with several institutions and galleries in the city, the Republic, and internationally, in order to keep developing the contemporary Macedonian ideas and productions.
press to exit would like to thank all its collaborators and partners for the cooperation so far, and sincerely hopes it will successfully continue in the future as well. We would like to express our profound gratitude to the Swiss Embassy for all the collaboration and support in realizing our program.
The exhibition will be open until 31st of March 2008.
