JADRO Association of the Independent Culture Scene presents a public talk with Philip Horst (KUNSTrePUBLIK & ZK/U, Berlin), Marco Clausen (Princess Gardens and Neighborhood Academy, Berlin), Elena Veljanovska (Disruption Network Lab, Berlin) and Yane Calovski (JADRO, Skopje).
The talk is part of the yearly project “Hybrid Institutions for Hybrid Culture” produced by JADRO Association of the Independent Culture Scene and supported by the Goethe-Institut in Skopje. The project is focused on understanding the way the independent culture scene defines new models of institutional design to ensure a systemic change and an opportunity for long-term sustainability of the culture sector in the frame of civil society. The overall goal of this project is to strengthen the position of the independent culture scene on the national and international level, as well as strengthen the methodologies and processes of democratization and de-monopolization in the socio-political public sphere.
The discussion to follow will be moderated by Elena Veljanovska who actively follows the art and culture scenes of Berlin and Skopje has actively participated in establishing critical dialogues between the scenes. Yane Calovski who will give introduction to the project and the guests.
