Empowering Youth Talents
The kick-off meeting of the “Empowering Youth Talents” project was held from 16 to 18 March 2026 at Stacja Kultury, a venue within the Municipal Centre for Culture and Art in Pyskowice.
Beyond offering partners the chance to finally meet face-to-face, the meeting primarily served to shape the overall framework of the project. Discussions focused on defining its objectives, identifying target groups, and outlining the structure of future activities and expected results. Particular attention was given to the project’s methodological approach, including an in-depth exploration of the skills young people need to nurture their interests within the cultural and creative sectors. The group also examined the potential of escape rooms and gamification as innovative educational tools.
The next in-person meeting is scheduled to take place in Turin this December. Until then, partners are actively developing the project’s first two outputs: “Empowering Youth Creativity – The Talent Transformation Handbook” and “Escape Rooms for the Development of Competences in CCIs – Exploring the Intersection of Arts and Gamification Handbook.”
